The Concept/Ideology
Ananda is not only a Yoga Ashram but also a Spa which believes in
imparting good health through the appropriate use of Yoga Practices.
Ananda works on the guidelines of Self Realization. Self Realisation
includes the knowledge that one as a human identity, his body, soul and
mind are in possession of the Kingdom of God, that Gods omnipresence is
your omnipresence.
The Concept of Self Realisation
To realize it that one is only a representative of God, that one has to
take care of onself as he would take care of God - is the Self
Realization which one has to achieve. As per Paramhansa Yogananda - The
true basis of religion is the intuitive experience. To develop this
intutive power is just like knowing power. So when you know the intution
within, you know the God. Indirectly if you know God, then only you know
the religion - and that is self realisation.
