Tourism Industry
Indian tourism Industry has seen a set back after the terror attacks. But
never say die spirit has once again brought the industry back in form and
this time more vigorously. This fabulous event has revived the Indian
tourism industry. The aviation industry has come with some of the best
deals, the hospitality industry has launched new projects and the tour and
travel operators have some excellent offers. Not only this, the medical
tourism industry will be at its best during the Games. Many tourists have
postpones their visit as of today and have rescheduled it during the Games.
If the reports of ASSOCHAM are to be seen then the influx of foreign
tourists will exceed to ten million. This brings smiles back on the gloomy

Countries Participating in the Commonwealth Games
The infrastructure of the country has been upgraded for the Commonwealth
Games as many countries will the guest of Delhi, India. The four countries
of United Kingdom will be sending their individual teams to the Games. Delhi
will be host to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland of UK. In
addition to this, Jersey, the Isle of Man and Guernsey the British
Crown Dependencies will also send their individual teams. Even this
time the six teams that are an integral part of Commonwealth Games are
taking part and coming to India. They are Canada, Australia, England, New
