My recent visit to Calcutta is one of the most memorable moments of my
life. Calcutta or the new name Kolkata is a beautiful place with a soothing
weather. People are very co-operative very friendly and welcomes the
visitors with open asks. I visited is a place where
Swami Vivekanand lived
and agained enlightenment. He was the keen flower of Swami Ramkrishan
Paramhansa who was a devote of Goddess Durga.

intellectuals like Nobel Lauterate
Rabindra Nath Tagore,
Satyajit Ray and
Osho.
Although the whole India is worthy of visiting but Calcutta is a place
which should be on the itinerary of a travellers. The place has the sanctily
of
temples, holiness of thoughts which is
best seen during durga puja. The place makes you relise your duty towards
tha nations and selfless devotion for the dying and destiturors. One can see
it in the Dakshineshwar Temple of Kolkata. The place has the power that even
an atheist imbibes religiousness and sheds all misconceptions about god.
A sight of rickshaw puller, who pulls rickshaw on his shoulders sents a
shudder down the spines. Thus its touches your heart and can not make you
forget the pain and penury of a man. An emotional bonding takes place
between calcutta and the person who visits it.
