The Garden
Its the sound of the flow of the Chamba River which will attract you to
the Chambal Garden. Made with beautiful landscapes and filled with lush
Greenery, it attracts people from all around. A pleasant walk in the
evening or a small picnic - is all that makes you come here. Amar Villas
Palace is very near to it, so its the best place to have a picturesque
image of the Palace from here. If you are a Painter, then you won't find
a better place than this.
For the kids its the best picnic spot. You can also go for a boat ride
here. The slowly and casually flowing Chamba River calls for a ride on
its waves. There is a little pond inside the Garden. This place acts
like a magnet for the kids - for there are a number of Crocodiles and
Garihals. These idle looking creatures are a attraction in themselves.
Though the number of Crocodiles has reduced substantially, but they
still are there.
