Constructed in the year 1932, by Robert Tor Russell, Chief Architect to the then Government of India, it was made under the committee of W.H. Nichollas.
Connaught place is based upon the Victorian Architecture and is modelled after Royal Cresent in Bath, England.
Location : Connaught Place is located in the Janpath Marg of New Delhi. Its very near to the New Delhi Railway Station and is surrounded by some of the busiest roads of Delhi like the Panchkula Marg, Kasturba Gandhi Marg, Baba Khadak Singh Marg, Barakhamba Road.
