»Bagghi Khana : This is the most splendid of all. The
royal Baggis (Chariots and Coaches in colors of red and gold are the
ones where the eyes get stuck. Then there are two Silver Urns which are
the largest in the world as per the Guinness Book of World Records. It
were used to carry the Holy Water Ganga Jal by Sawai Madho Singh II on
his tour to England.
»Armoury Gallery : Locally known as Sileh Khana it has on
its display the richest collection of armoury in the world. It has the
Sawai Jai Singh s pistol, Rekhla (miniature canon), Gunpowder flasks,
Howdahs (Elephant seat) and night polo ball. There is quite a range of
the armours.
»Art Gallery : Paintings - large and miniature ones, 19th
century photographs, Carpets from Kabul (17th century), sets of ragmala
(19th century) are some of the attractions of the Museum. There is also
the large canvass painting of Sawai Madho Singh Maharajah.
»Textile Gallery : Then there is the gallery which displays
the costumes of the Kings and Queens. Tie and Dye Lahariya, Pashmina
shawls with minute embroidery and the royal veils are showcased here.
Atamsukh - the Royal dress of Maharajah Sawai Madho Singh is also on
display. Artifacts of glass and Indian Games of that time period are
also there to look out for.

»Lake Palace : In the old days of Kings and Kingdoms this
Palace which is five stories inside the lake and one story up the lake,
was used for bird watching and sometimes for bird hunting. Its a
beautiful palace to sit in for a couple of hours to be able to hear the
