Opened in an area of 35,000 sq ft, built over 7 acres of land, it is
the main shopping hub of its area. The Centre Stage Mall has eleven
floors with various shopping vistas and eating joints. The Centre Stage
Mall has a capacity to accommodate around 1300 cars. The Centre Stage
Mall has 14 escalators situated at various locations. In addition to the
14 elevators which are there, 2 are the capsule elevators. It also has a
Waves Cinema Complex, a multiplex. The Waves Cinema Complex has a total
seating capacity of 1850 seats.
The Centre Stage Mall has Eco friendly glass curtains which stop the
ultra violet radiations from coming inside the Mall. This glass cuts
down the heat radiation by 83 percent, thereby reducing the pollution
and energy consumption. The Wave Cinema has 5 screens, running different
films at the same time.
In addition to this, the Centre Stage Mall has a double basement for
underground parking. In addition to this double basement, there is an
area of 5 acres plot which is for ground parking. Various International
Brands like Reebok, Westside, Titan, Catmoss, Habibs, Levis, Adidas,
Freelook, Plamet M, Ruby Tuesday are present in the Centre Stage Mall.
